Celeb mama and Oscar winning actress, Gwyneth Paltrow has taken a break from her film career to spend time with her and hubbie, Chris Martin's children, Apple, 3 and Moses, 1.

But, her biological babes won't be the only kids she's concentrating on. The blonde beauty was recently named ambassador for the Save The Children Charity.
