Baby mama Angelina Jolie took eldest son Maddox to see The Spiderwick Chronicles at the Hollywood ArcLight theater recently.
According to Us Magazine, once there, the lil man asked his mommy for a pack of "I (Heart) My Penis" gum. Clearly a unique sweet, an eyewitness told Us:
Angelina laughed and bought it.
Who knows if the 6–year–old knew what the package said, but even if he did, the penis is just another body part.
Would you buy the gum for your tot?

that's hilarious! i love her!
1HAHA!!
And yes, I would buy it for my kid. I want my kids to be completely comfortable with their bodies and accept themselves
2LOL, That's funny. Penis gum... strange that they would have something like that at a theater.
3that's great - and sure why not. It's adults who have the hangups about body parts not kids - we pass our hangups on to them.
4Why is there even a product like this? And sold at a movie theater? Strange.
5Maddox is so cute! And the gum is so random!
6I think that's funny as heck. People always look at me cross-eyed because my kids call their private parts by the proper names. I think if this really happened it's just shows he's comfortable with himself and his penis. Good for them!
7Aww, cute. Smart of her not to have a freakout at that moment.
8i agree, strange. would you buy "i
my arm pit" gum? this is a bevis and butthead product.
the word "penis" is the marketing tool. "hu-hu, it says PENIS! hu-hu!!" and no, i wouldn't buy it.
9Too funny. And yes I too would buy it for my kid. Body parts are just what they are body parts and it's good for kids to be comfortable in their own skin. There shouldn't be any stigma with it. He's a little boy.
10My family is also very open with body parts, but I wouldn't buy it... seems like a silly waste of money to me.
I wouldn't let a 6 year old see that movie either...
11I wouldn't buy it, not because it said penis but because I don't let my kids have stuff like that, and especially from the overpriced movie theater.

13This was at a movie theater? They don't have stuff like that in our movie theaters!
14LilRuck44-the Spiderwick Chronicles is rated PG, there's no sexuality, one use of the word "hell" and no realistic blood (it's green). On IMDB it says "The battle scenes are suspenseful but not too violent." It's all depending on the parent, but I think it's fine for this child too see a family fantasy movie.
Also, the article at Usmagazine.com says the penis gum was bought in the gift shop...it must be a fancy theater. I think it's fine, it's encouraging him to be comfortable with his body and he probably thought it was funny.
