Even babies need a trip to the spa every now and again. Bathe your babe the European way with Spa Baby ($40).
Allowing infants to sit in the natural upright position submerged up to their shoulders, the basin provides a calming environment similar to the mother's womb. Available in a shade of soft green, the tub gives them a good soak and is a perfect shower present for the mama-to-be.

I'd like one for myself!
cool, but makes me nervous...the water is so high
it looks dangerous actually.
It looks like a bucket. Im sure you could do the same thing with a large bucket
I wonder if these come in "big girl" sizes because I wouldn't mind sitting in one.
This tub looks dangerously deep! I remember trying to bathe my son at 9 months in our small-ish kitchen sink and it was really scary because he kept kind of "floating" and falling over. Too scary! Later I learned to keep the water way less deep, like only a couple of inches. It worked better that way.
reminds me of the traditional japanese type tub where you're sitting up, not that i have ever tried one... wow 40 for a cute bucket?! hopefully ikea will copy this soon
Brilliant!
I have one of these! I received one as a gift and love it! My baby doesnt cry in it, it is not unstable at all and you fill it with as much water as you need so there is no unsafe issues. I would highly recommend one.
I saw this on a UK website over a year ago and wanted one so bad! It is here in the USA too late for my kids, but I plan to give this 8x's over this year as shower gifts.
I really wish I'd had one of these. However, I bathed with my daughter for the first 3 months and it was really lovely, we just relaxed together and it was the closest we got to her breastfeeding - for a couple of moments she wouldn't reject the breast, and it sort of broke my heart. In fact, now I think about it, maybe I would always have rather shared the bath.
What a lovely idea! The only thing that would worry me about bathing together is eventually getting her to bathe on her own....would that be a problem?
That is so cute!
For some reason it kinda freaks me out. It looks dangerous to me.
It's not dangerous, but you should hold the baby under his/her chin with one hand.
I love the look of this, seems like it would be more safe than me breaking my back leaning into the tub and struggling.
showed hubby and he said "order it immediately"
