Sometimes it's hard to believe that a story is true. Here's a great example.
According to First Coast News, a Florida woman ran a red light and swerved down the road when a deputy spotted the erratic behavior and pulled her over. And it was a good thing he did. To reveal the rest of this shocker, read more.
Investigators said the woman smelled of alcohol, claimed she never had a license, and was running out of gas. This is where it gets strange. She had a case of Busch beer in the passenger's seat with a seatbelt buckling it in, but there was a baby girl in the backseat without a car seat or seatbelt! When the deputy asked her why the child wasn't restrained, she replied, "I don't know."
The babe's perilous situation of being an innocent passenger of an irresponsible woman was compounded by the fact that she had taken backseat to the brews.
Out of it, the woman told the officer that she had consumed a "few" drinks. After staggering out of her car, she gave the authorities reason to arrest when she failed a field sobriety test.
The woman is facing DUI, child endangerment, driving without a valid license, running a red light, and not having a seatbelt or child restraint.

1This makes me sick to my stomach. How could anyone endanger an innocent child like that?
2OMG what is wrong with people??? Poor baby, you can just imagine what expects her/him growing up!
3My husband is a DWI officer and you would be shocked at the number of people he has arrested for driving drunk with their kids in the car. Most of them are small and unrestrained and luckily everything turns out ok but occasionaly it doesn't. How anyone can knowingly endanger their child like that is inconceivable.

16I don't understand what the problem is, getting your beer home safely is a lot more important than some kid that we're not even sure is hers. You can always make another baby...and beer usually helps.
