I think Portland is more fun around Christmas time when all of the really nice neighborhoods go all out with decorations.

I think Mystic, CT should make the Trick-or Treat cut.. My little brat loves Halloween and his Treat-or-Treat gang is the neighborhoods favorite... Every year they come up with something innovative... This year he intends to use his new Halloween app on iPhone.. http://bit.ly/halloween_otr
